Custom Bobble Heads / Custom Bobbleheads

What is the minimum order amount? The
minimum order for 7" bobble heads is 504 pieces. The
minimum order for mini bobble heads is 1440 pieces.
Please note that we can manufacture any size you
require.
What are the total costs? There are three costs
involved:
1. $150 initial charge to carve the custom bobble head.
2. Cost of each bobble head based upon your order
quantity.
3. Freight charge for delivery of final production from
Los Angeles to your location.
If you require an actual sample, there is an
additional air freight charge of $75.00.
There is also a $200 set-up charge for color boxes.
What do I need to provide in order to start the sample
process? Hopefully, you can send us 8 pictures
(.jpgs). 4 pictures of all four sides of the head and 4
pictures of all four sides of the subject's body. The
person should be standing in the exact position you want
for the bobble head. If this is not possible, please
have a model stand in the position you want and send us
photos of the model. Of course, you can provide a
description, but pictures really help. Try to size the
photos so they are not too large. You may need to send
us several emails with the photos if the photos are too
big.
Where do I send the artwork? The artwork
in .jpg format should be set via
email. Please provide a description of your bobble
head. We also need to know the colors to use. If you can
provide Pantone Color numbers, that is helpful.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Please fax or email your order to us. Our fax number is
(702) 258-4346. We accept company check, VISA,
MasterCard and American Express. We will fax you an
Invoice for payment. If you pay by credit card, we will
need you to complete a
Credit Card Authorization Form. Payment for
production is not due until final approval of the bobble
head is received. All orders are prepaid.
Do we receive an actual sample before production?
We provide pictures for approval. We do not send the
actual sample, unless you pay the $75.00 freight charge.
Explain the approval process? First, we
send you photos by email of the unpainted custom bobble
head. Once you approve the unpainted sample, we paint
the sample for additional approval. It usually takes
about 5 - 7 days to make the unpainted sample and 3 - 4
days to paint the sample. Production takes about 60 - 70
days. The whole process from beginning to end may take
90 days. We can rush the process, but there might be an
extra charge for rush service.
What about freight? You pay the freight
from Los Angeles to your location. We prefer to ship by
common carrier rather than UPS. We find that more damage
occurs in shipments sent by UPS.
