Custom Bobble Head Packaging Information
Order Custom Bobbleheads
Packaging for 4.5" custom mini bobble heads:
There are two options for the custom mini bobble heads. You can have the
bobble head packaged inside a blister pack or inside a gift box. Please
discuss these options with your Sale Associate. You provide all artwork.
Packaging for 7" custom bobble heads:
If you order less than 1,008 pieces: Each bobble head will
be placed inside a Styrofoam case and then placed inside a white colored
gift box. There is no charge for this packaging.
Orders of 1,008+ pieces: We offer free four-color process
printed gift boxes. We can pack the bobble head inside Styrofoam
or we can use a clear clam shell package.
Mould charge for clear PVC Clamshell packaging: $100.
Screen charge for the printed gift box: $200.
7" custom bobble heads are packed 12 pieces per inner carton and 24
pieces per master carton.

This is an example of a printed gift box for the 7"
bobble head dolls. The bobble head is held in place by a
clear PVC clamshell. This method is best for selling or
displaying the bobble head doll for sale. The end user
can see the details of the bobble head. If you are
shipping the bobble head to your customer, we recommend
using the Styrofoam packaging instead of the clear PVC
clamshell packaging. We provide the printed gift
box and the clear PVC clam shell packaging for FREE.
However, set-up charges apply to make the mould for the
clam shell ($100) and to create the screen for the
printed gift box ($200).
(No set-up charge on printed boxes for orders above 2500
pieces)
All colors should be indicated by Pantone color number.
Four-color process printed gift boxes are no problem. |
