We are a bobblehead factory. We manufacture bobbleheads according to your design specifications. If you would like to order custom bobbleheads, please follow these guidelines if possible:

SAMPLE PROCESS

Send us pictures or artwork of your subject. Ideally, we would like 4 pictures of the head and 4 pictures of the body. Each picture should show a different side of the subject. The subject should pose in the exact position of the bobblehead design. It also helps if the subject wears the correct clothing.

What do you want the base to look like? A very detailed base might be more expensive. Send us your thought concerning the base. If you want a logo or text added to the base, please send us the artwork for the logo or text. Sometimes, we use clear labels for small, detailed text. Normally, we carve the name onto the base. Please refer to the picture on the right. See the name on the front of the base? Please tell us the colors to use. If possible, Pantone colors are the easiest to reference.

After you pay the set-up charge of $150.00, we can start to make your sample.

Lead times:
To make the unpainted clay sample:  7 - 10 days.
To paint the sample:  3 - 5 days.
Production: 60 - 70 days.
It is always a good idea to allow 90 days for the entire project.

PAYMENT

Terms are pre-paid. Initially, you only pay the $150 carving charge. After the sample if approved, we will invoice you for production, not including freight. Once we are ready to ship the order from Los Angeles, we will advise you of the freight charges. We cannot start production until payment is received. You can pay by credit card or company check.

Please note that we can manufacture any height of bobblehead you want.
